1. Preamble
1.1 This website is owned and published by Messiah Trading Limited whose registered address is 2 Diamond Cottages Barnett Lane, Wonersh, Guildford, Surrey, England, GU5 0RU and whose registered company number is 09565164. Messiah Trading Limited is a registered company in the UK.
2. Definitions
2.1 “BETTINGBEASTS.COM” is the interactive on-line service operated by Messiah Trading Limited on the World Wide Web of the Internet, consisting of information, services and content provided by Messiah Trading Limited, its affiliates and other third parties.
2.2 “Client” means each person who establishes or accesses a connection to BETTINGBEASTS.COM.
2.3 “Information” means all or any part of the information and other content made available on the Service either provided by Messiah Trading Limited, its affiliates or other third parties.
2.4 “Service” means the BETTINGBEASTS.COM website pages from time to time available.

The right to use the account is personal to the Client and the Client shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password, if any, and for ensuring that no unauthorised access is obtained to the Service. Client is fully responsible for all actions undertaken using the password for their account.
3.5 The Service is accessed via the Internet, mobile telephony, Web TV or via any other media or platform on which Messiah Trading Limited chooses to operate. Messiah Trading Limited reserves the right to alter the Service at any time including content, hours of service, media platform as well as equipment needed to access the Service.
3.6 In accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client acknowledges that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to access gambling related content in their local jurisdiction.
4.General Data Protection Regulations
Collection, use and storage of Client personal data given upon registration and at other times is subject to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). BETTINGBEASTS.COM stores Client information securely and the provisions we make for such use and storage are set out and can be reviewed in our Privacy Policy. BETTINGBEASTS.COM deletes client data as a matter of policy thirty six (36) months after registration to the site by the Client, unless the Client specifically consents to extend their registration period.
5. Licence and Rights
5.1 Messiah Trading Limited is the owner of or has the right to provide the Information on the Service including use of intellectual property rights in the Service or the Information. BETTINGBEASTS.COM contains copyright material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos and sound, and the entire contents of BETTINGBEASTS.COM is owned by Messiah Trading Limited, its affiliates or licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Racecard information is the copyright of the British Horseracing Authority. Any Breeding Information is the copyright of Weatherbys Group Ltd.
5.2 The Client may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or in any way exploit, any of the content of BETTINGBEASTS.COM, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Messiah Trading Limited and/or the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyright material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. The Client acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. All other rights are reserved.
5.3 The Client may download the Information and view it on a single computer and a single copy of its selected bought option can be printed out by the Client for its personal and private use only and not for any commercial exploitation.
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1 Due to the nature of software and the Internet, no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error free access to or running of BETTINGBEASTS.COM or the transactions conducted through it and Messiah Trading Limited shall not be liable for any failures due to software or Internet errors or unavailability or other circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, third party suppliers.
6.2 Whilst Messiah Trading Limited endeavours to ensure that the Information is accurate, complete and up to date, Messiah Trading Limited makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and the Information and all representations, warranties, terms and conditions whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.3 Messiah Trading Limited warrants that all Premium Pay Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill and that it will use its reasonable endeavours to correct any errors in the delivery of those services as promptly as possible.
6.4 In the event that Messiah Trading Limited fails to comply with its warranty above having been given a reasonable opportunity to correct such failure, Messiah Trading Limited’s aggregate liability to the Client for all losses, damages, costs, claims and expenses howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total charges paid by the Client in respect of the services in which such failure occurred.
6.5 In no event will Messiah Trading Limited be liable to the Client for any consequential or indirect loss or damage (whether for loss of profits or anticipated profits or gains, including loss of profits on contracts, business revenue, goodwill or otherwise) howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Service.
7. Third Party Advertisers
7.1 BETTINGBEASTS.COM may be linked to or from other websites that are not maintained by Messiah Trading Limited. Messiah Trading Limited does not control in any respect any information, products or services offered by such other websites and shall not be responsible for the content of such other websites. For example, the Client may be able to buy goods or services via BETTINGBEASTS.COM, some of which may be through third party retailers who link to the website. The Client may also enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of advertisers on BETTINGBEASTS.COM. Messiah Trading Limited in no way endorses these third parties and any such transactions, dealings, correspondence with or payment for goods and services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such matters are solely between the Client and the third party. Messiah Trading Limited assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such transaction, dealing, correspondence or participation.
7.2 Where BETTINGBEASTS.COM promotes third party products and services on its website, it does so with due regard to compliance with UK Advertising standards and regulations.
8. Compliance
8.1 Messiah Trading Limited shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of BETTINGBEASTS.COM, including community areas, to determine compliance with these terms and conditions and any operating rules established by Messiah Trading Limited and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorised government request. Messiah Trading Limited shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on BETTINGBEASTS.COM.
8.2 Messiah Trading Limited may terminate the Client’s access to the Service immediately without notice if the Client is in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
8.3 These terms and conditions and any claim based on use of this site shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
